We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. BACS is also available. We also accept cash and cheques if paying in the shop. Please do not send cash in the post.

Plain samples of all our products are available to order, in fact we recommend this if you are ordering something new. Our samples are charged in full but can be returned without a restock fee or used as part of a future order.

Due to the fact we stock a wide range of brands we don’t have a generic size guide. We do however provide a size guide per brand and where applicable by product. You can check out some of our most popular brands on our Size Guides page. We have a lot of experience with a lot of brands and we can make recommendations if you need help.

Your workwear order is bespoke to you, so we can only accept returns if your garment or product is faulty. To report a fault please, visit our shop, call or email us.

Samples are available, so if you are in doubt, you can make informed choices by asking us for samples before your order is placed.

Embroidery files would be preferred in formats such as pdf, eps, jpeg, ai, or tiff. For Vinyl Printing we require an .eps, tiff or ai file. Please ensure that the logo you send over is Hi-Resolution. If you are unable to provide the correct file type, we can re-create your logo for a small cost.

Contact a member of our team and we can design a bespoke logo and/or artwork for your garments.

When the payment is fully cleared, and any artwork is approved, standard orders will take approximately 5 working days. Expected delivery times will vary during busy periods, and for different garment choices. We will always check stock levels and provide an estimated date for the completion of your order when you place it.
